Joomla Web Directory (SOBI) Setup and Customization

I'm looking for someone who can install and configure a Joomla Web Directory Built on SOBI. Features I would like * Clean modern custom theme/skin. * Categories and SubCategories set up (aproximately 200 in all) * Ability to navigate by US State and County (maybe through a Google Map) * Population of Data (About 50,000 records into the appropriate category * Add photos (up to 10) * Add documents (up to 3) * Custom listing fields would include (Web URL, Blog URL, Facebook Fan Page, Twitter Account, LinkedIN URL) * Ability to create accounts and post into multiple categories based on pricing * Listings categorized by level (free, basic, premium) No add payment for specific fields like SOBI defaults to. * Integration with PayPal for subscription payment(s) * Custom listing template for premium users that include the links to social media, a longer description and feeds from Twitter and/or Facebook * Ability to add and display video(s) (from Youtube) no video hosting required * RSS feeds created per category * SEF URLs for listings and categories I'm hoping to hire someone for this project that knows their way with Joomla and has experience with customizing the SOBI directory script.
