Magento project needed asap

We are looking for a coder only as we have designer, coder will need to turn design into html and implement the design onto magento or other ecommerce software for website and ongoing work for good coder, must be a good coder as quality of website is very important we also would like an iphone version of the site but this can be discussed further after this project is commenced, we are on a very tight deadline due to time wasters so please only expert coders need apply please see brief below
