Already done a similar app for desktop. So I guess doing yours wont be a problem for me. It is a Facebook api application so visual and design changes on face book does not affect it

Though I am relatively new to Freelancer.com, I have been involved with other similar websites for long. I shall develop your app using official Javascript SDK and PHP SDK. The user interface would be in HTML, while other core functions would be taken care by Javascript SDK. The messaging to group members would be managed by PHP. The user will log in to Facebook, select the group from dropdown, enter the message and the message will be sent to all users. Please note that user_groups permission is approved only for Facebook clients, hence it is likely that this app will not be approved by Facebook's Review Team. This means that only the administrators,developers and testers of the app can use it. Please let me know if you are interested.
