Google Linked CSE

I am looking at creating a search box on my site that will search a few sites in a table where the variable is active=1

The script should include a simple way to export the urls in the table where active=1 and import them into the xml file on my server. This way, if I make changes to the urls, it will be easy to update the xml file.

This should be a Linked CSE
