Help with new vps and iis. Getting existing simple web service to work on new server.

I have a very simple web service project. It is working on existing server, and I tried to install on new vps server. I have changed the connection strings in the [login to view URL], and I have tried changing settings in IIS, but still cannot get it to work. I need someone with experience with IIS and web services that can help me get this working. Probably some really simple settings. I will send source of project to all interested bidders. <[login to view URL]> No deliverables are necessary. Just have to talk me through it. I can give access to the vps server, but one warning, the IIS interface is in Japanese, so may be easier to tell me to change settings.
