I use a caravan park booking software program that exports data to Quickbooks, but not in a format that enables the GST in transactions to be reported on the QBooks Tax Detail Report. The format also does not allow Class to be recorded for each line in a QBooks sales receipt.
I need to create a program/app/macro that takes the attached output file (park3) and generates a QBooks iff format file that will allow the import of data to QBooks as a Sales Receipt that will include a Tax Code and Class for each transaction. In addition, all transactions on a particular date are to be grouped. An example of what I need to end up with is attached as Sales Receipt sample (Sales Receipt Sample).
Similarly, the attached file (expense journal) also needs to be converted into a form that Quickbooks will accept, with a tax code and class added, and in such a form as allows QBooks to create a cheque transaction entry.
