Modify Gitlab - add task management

We are developing an alternative to GitHub.com. This new project is based upon [login to view URL] and we need you to create a extended task management system on top of the issues system in GitLab

Required skills: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Gitlab

You will recieve root access to a server once the task starts. The changes need to be implemented on this server. You also need to push your changes to a gitlab repository we will provide you with.

Tasks/requirements:

1) Rename issues to tasks all over gitlab

2) Implement price/money pr task - should be visible in tasklist, see screenshot below. Value of the price is set when creating a new task

3) Implement deadlines on tasks . This is set when creating a new tasks. Deadline is defined in days (after acceptance). Until a task is assigned, deadline is just "2 days" or "8 days". When a user is assigned to a task and status changed to "Started", then the dealine converts to a fixed date. Deadline should be visible in the task overview (see screenshot)

4) Implement a new statuscodes on tasks to keep control of deadline. Today status can only be "Open" or "Closed". We need to change that so status can be "Open", "Started", "Completed", "Overdue".

5) Implement a solution to automatically change timingstatus to "Overdue" if date is > deadline, and timingstatus <> Completed.

6) Implement reminder email function. Should send email to the user the task is assigned to 24 hours before deadline, and if the task becomes "overdue"

7) Remove or hide milestone feature
