Quotation database and prestashop

The idea is to have an app to create nice quotations and track them. In the same way, I want that the information from the quotations, to be added to my web page database, which was created on Prestashop. We have used Microsoft Excel to create and send Quotations. Attached you will find an actual sample of the quotations we use to send. In the following lines you will find an outline of the most important characteristics I need in the software. OLD QUOTES import: I want in some way; I can easily import products and clients I already have in hundreds of quotations that are in the very same format as the attached quote. NEW QUOTES creation: Create, edit, and delete clients from the new application Create, edit, and delete products from the new application As you can see in the attached file the products have a description, photos and comments To be able to convert the quotations to pdf and xlsx files TRACK QUOTES: Track quotes as the task manager in outlook CHARACTERISTICS: I want to be able: To edit the printed format, just like in Excel. To move and resize objects, change Fonts, etc. To create and admin users, want to know who sent, who called, who closed the quotes. To be able to admin and create reports for customers, products, quotes and users. To be able to edit the printed format, just like in Excel.
