Registration + login + admin panels in PHP

For the website [login to view URL], the template we've finalised. Now, we need to complete the site as a whole. This involves.. 1. We need users to register for Diet Consultation online. So, we need a person to implement some forms which one can fill. Also, Javascript validation for all of the above. 2. Paypal Integration. People can pay for registration and followup. I've a readymade script and I'll give it to you to use. Just manipulation. Only 5 mins job for this. 3. After registration, a login panel where a user can login and see the interaction. 4. Admin panel, from where the client can see all users, send diet plans as emails plus auto save it in database. This can be simple. use the TinyMCE editor. 5. In admin panel, client can even confirm payment received via Paypal / other means. 6. A Calorie counter... I've the data in xls... column1 : Name of Item column2 : Calorie of Item per 100g What I need is a counter, where a user can enter multiple items using AJAX most probably... nd the calories of the total meal are calculated. 7. Other basic static pages. 8. And yes, some other basic javascripts will need to be used... like News Scroller, Clients quotes scrolling and display on homepage. All the above in minutest detail will be given to the coder. One more thing the forms interface will be in form of AJAX Tabs. I've the template ready for this too... I already have the forms ready in DOC and excel, all you have to do is to implement it. For a good coder, maximum work is just for 2 days or so... If you can get this job done fast, I have many extensions needed for this website like creating games, Pages, puzzles, crosswords,etc... Once the site is complete, we can go ahead. The project will commence till all minute details are as needed. The whole website whould be complete as per the clients needs.
