VPN Software for Windows that doesnt slow down internet speed

I use Amazon EC2 Servers (Windows 2012 R2 Server) to get a faster internet speed. But [url removed, login to view] blocks Amazon, so it doesnt let you add to cart on their site using Amazon servers. the only way around this is to use a VPN software, but every one i tried decreases my internet speed on the Windows server i use. I need a VPN software for Windows that will work on a server, BUT DOESNT SLOW DOWN INTERNET SPEED! NOT EVEN ON A AMAZON EC2 SERVER!
