Hello, I have gone through the job description and i understand what you want. I tried to access Polargram, but it could not import my photos. I think it is because I am from India, and they do not ship internationally. However I understand that I'll just have to show the photos to the user from which they can choose. Along with those photos the user can also upload the photos from their computer. I have done a variety of applications using Instagram Api. Please have a look at my profile for details. I will split the work in two phases; 1) make a simple php page with photo upload and select functionality 2) write the instagram plugin To be agreed: a shopping cart and maybe other plugins (like facebook, or other similar)
