Government contract consulting company is in need of a full webiste. This website will need to include a full backend content management system to update the website and the client management page. We will purchase the following website template that the programer can build arround.

I need a back end application that would allow me to automatically update the latest news sections. The latest news sections will be used to advertise our latest contract awards and the amounts.

NEW OPPERTUNITES

This section I'll use to list all the new and available opportunities. I'll need to update this in the backend. The front page will display the title of the new opportunity. When they click on the new opportunity. Should be able to retrieve this information from the CRM database. The following information will be displayed

• Title of the opportunity

• Estimated Value

• Yearly Term

• Options to renew

• Description of services

• Area of Contract

• Interested link

o This link will allow the client to submit his information to me and setup an account where he can tract all the opportunities he is interested. This information will be to be transmitted to the CRM database and the Client should be able to create a password

This page is for my clients to manage the contracts we are working on. They would also be allowed to track the progress of the contract. I want it to be organized be the contract opportunity that we are working on. I want them to be able to download and upload a consulting agreement.

I also want them to be able to download the bid documents, their completed bid, bid tabulation award document and invoice. These documents will either be uploaded through the CRM system or the website through the system administrator.

The client could also be able to update their information and see any task and calendar associated with the contract

I want them to be able to view in addition to active opps, won and lost opps. In the upper left corner I want the total value of all the contracts won to date for that client. And any outstanding balance of commissions owed to date.

ADMINSTRATOR

Will be able to update any portion of the website. I want to be able to email a news letter to all the registered users of all the information listed on the site like new opportunities. And I want to be able to send or have automatically sent an status report to my client of all the active contracts I'm working on for them.
