Email Marketing Server Administrator (Bangladeshi Only)

DevsCraft LLC is adding an experienced Sr. Linux Systems Administrator who will actively participate in the engineering process (so you need some programming experience), and take our production environment to the next level of stability, scalability, and automation (this is where your SysAdmin experience comes in).

Educational Qualification=>> BS in Computer Science/CSE/ IT related subjects, preferred but will be ignored on special occasion

Job Description/Responsibility=>>

What you’ll do:

--> Help improve our uptime and scalability through better processes, infrastructure, and automation

-->Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, applications and network

-->Configure servers and network

-->Continually document and expose configuration processes and policies

-->Prioritize tasks and work independently, while interacting with other product and engineering teams

-->Share on-call duties with other engineers on the team, to ensure smooth 24x7 operation

About you:

-->5 – 10 years experience as a SysAdmin

-->Expert in Linux/Unix

-->Expert knowledge of networking principles

-->Experience with load balancers (software and hardware)

-->Knowledge of redundancy methods in data centers

-->Experience in high scalability and real-time environments

-->Familiar with administering MySQL, Memcache and Nginx

-->BS in Computer Science, preferred

-->SMTP, spam filtering (nice to have!)

-->Systems monitoring (Nagios, Munin)

-->Configuration management (Chef, Puppet)

-->Ruby and/or Perl

-->tcpdump, wireshark, IP stack tuning & debugging

-->MySQL

Additional Job Requirements=>>

`> Experienced with PowerMTA & SMTP servers

-> Marketing experience is a plus, but is not required

-> Fluent written and spoken English a MUST.
