Server setup & migration

I want to move an existing free email service website to a new server that you should setup. We currently use horde and greylisting

I also need to move 2 more sites in the same server

The existing 3 sites are in 2 different servers on the same datacenter as the new server so copying files will be very fast..

I have a directadmin licences and would prefer to use it on the new server too.

I also need a new registration option for the email service so i m open to suggestions for all

You are provided with Full root access with option for VNC Installation and Image Installer for Fedora,CentOS, Ubuntu, OpenSUSE, Debian, FreeBSD

Please bid mentioning your choice of os, software, service provided, time needed, and if you have done similar work.
