Need upgrade an existing xml/java based news ticker and add more functionalities.
Have looking on exiting one on [[url removed, login to view]][1] See "Automation Media - Today's Picks"
You can either update existing code/files or provide your own new design/code/files ??" your call.
Issues we are seeing:
- It don't accepts smaller than 350 width as ticker title overlap. I need to setup width sometime 180.
-In case of large font size, text should not overlap. Sometime we need to just display new heading with very large heading/title font size and regular link size with no detail text at all.
-Border padding enable or disable feature required: If no text (heading and details) defined in xml file, instead only graphics/picture used I want to disable padding so that picture could fit and touch border without any gap.
-Border color change option required.
-We want "next line" option in text so that details have next paragraph.
- should work in IE, Firefox and chrome.
We want to run following scenario in this ticker without destroying formatting. e.g.
1>Picture (with hyperlink) + Title + Details + Read More link.
2> Title + Details + Read More link.
3>Just Picture covering all space with no padding (with hyperlink).
4>Title only with large text (with hyperlink).
If you can do it then let me know what's your

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
