Online ERP, CRM, CMS Integration

I. Project Description: To integrate Opentaps([url removed, login to view]) ERP, Sugar CRM([url removed, login to view]), and Joomla CMS in order to eliminate double entries using the same database or writing a script to synchronize databases. To have a single control panel allowing access to all modules of Opentaps, SugarCRM, & Joomla. II. Current Status A. Opentaps([url removed, login to view]) ERP & Sugar CRM([url removed, login to view]) are currently on a dedicated Linux server. B. Opentaps needs to have the following source code access completed in order to turn the accounting system on; Source Code Access To access the source code of the Financials module from our SVN repository: $ svn co svn://[url removed, login to view] financials If you do this from your ofbiz/hot-deploy/ directory, the application should load automatically into opentaps/OFBiz. Be sure to install the seed data in the data/ sub-directory. Finally, if you have problems building with ant, change the defined location of ${[url removed, login to view]} in your financials/[url removed, login to view] file. For information about how to configure and use the application, please consult the documents in the financials/docs/ Please use the commits mailing list above and $ svn update to stay up-to-date on changes, as the code base is under active development. More documentation at [url removed, login to view] Phase 1 Determine the feasibility and requirements of the integration of Opentaps, SugarCRM & Joomla. Phase 2 Begin implementation of the integration of the systems. Phase 3 Create new more intuitive interface, dashboard, and control panel. Phase4 Configure dedicated server to run several instances of the new integrated systems.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
