Motorola 68HC12 Assembly PWM Circuit

Purpose:

- assembly code needed for MC9S12DP256 board to created PWM signal for 400W DC Motor

- PWM signal must be created using built in PWM function, PWM output must be 5V on, 0V off

- this is what the built in PWM funtion does

- must be able to vary frequency and duty cycle

- frequency of square wave must be set to 100Hz

- PWM duty cycle must be varialbe between 10% and 95%

- PWM duty cycle must be varied using a 5kohm variable resistor input being sampled by Analog to Digital Converter

- DON't worry all documentation and addressing will be supplied, ie. manual for MC9S12DP256 development board will be emailed to you

- IMPORTANT, documentation for board layout and pins ect.. will be mailed as well

- comments in code are required

- documentation as to what pins on board and output/input also required

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The MC9S12DP256 microcontroller unit (MCU) is a 16-bit devicecomposed of standard on-chip peripherals including a 16-bit central processing unit (STAR12 CPU), 256K bytes of Flash EEPROM, [url removed, login to view] bytes of RAM, [url removed, login to view] bytes of EEPROM, 2 asynchronous serial communications interfaces (SCI), three serial peripheral interfaces (SPI), an 8 channel IC/OC enhanced capture timer, two 8-channel, 10-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADC), an 8-channel pulse-width modulator (PWM), a digital Byte Data Link Controller (BDLC), 29 discrete digital I/O channels (Port A, Port B, Port K and Port E), 20 discrete digital I/O lines with interrupt and wakeup capability, five CAN2.0 A, B software compatible modules (MSCAN12), and an Inter-IC Bus.
