captive portal application for wireless access point that bring users to facebook page

Hello There,

We are looking for a developer that is able to program a linux server to allow users to connect to the wireless network and be redirected to the facebook page of the business and like the fun page to be able to get free internet.

We want to add personal advertising on the side of the page and also a question are. People can register by a face book account or by email account. A report of all the people that join the network should be accessible.

Please take time to think about the project before sending me a whole bunch of email saying you can do it.. first really think how to...
