VB6 Connect To MySQL (save/edit/delete)

Before reading: Programmer must write application in VB6, and be able to connect to a MySql database (latest version) across the internet.

I am part of a Online Clan.

And we're looking for a way to put all of our member's name and information (over 600 members) on a database.

Since we already have a MySql Server set-up, I decided to use that.

So I'm looking for someone who can make an application that can connect to a MySql Database across the internet.

And be able to add/edit/remove users.

As well as a searching feature.

Now here's the tricky part.

Instead of making a field for "First Name","Last Name" I need "1", "2" and so on until 20.

Why? Well, We plan adding more fields for more information later on, and since it seems difficult to add more, Just make it so there is

20 text boxes, and each one will be saved under the same "profile" on a database.

The programmer must be available for support while BETA is happening, don't worry, I'm not stupid.

The location/username/password will be given to the programmer once he/she has accepted the challenge.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

3) Programmer must support on all questions asked up until payment is done. Questions will be related to project.

Windows XP, Latest Version of the MySql database, VisualBasic 6, COMMENT!
