New a script that scraps Amazon.com Order History

I need a script that scraps the [login to view URL] Order History ([login to view URL]). It should work as follows: 1. A form where a user types in the the Amazon.com-username and the -password. 2. After click on the button "start" the script starts to scrap all products this user has ever ordered. 3. The script creates a CSV-file as output I need the following information for each order: Order Date,Order ID,Title,Category,ASIN/ISBN,Per Unit Price,Quantity,Shipment Date,Shipping Address, Carrier Name, Tracking Number, Cost of Shipping & Handling for the whole Order, Sales Tax for the whole order I know that there is a possibility to extract an order report as CSV - However, I do NOT want this report (as it creates a notification mail after creation). The script should really scrap the order history.
