Hello All,
PHP + MySQL project
There are 3 simple parts to this project that I would like done, and ultimately integrated together.
1. Getting the data: The web scraper / bot
2. Tracking the data
3. Front end management
1. Web scraper / bot
I will require a web scraper in PHP with the results dumped to a MYSQL dbase. The project is for a real estate website to collect data for a given post code/area code:

The data I required to be scraped includes:
- Property address
- Property price/info
- Property details: bedrooms, bathrooms, car space
- Status: new, updated property - or just existing
- Agency that is selling the property
- URL of the underlying property
2. Property tracking
- Track the changes and history of the property: Price Changes, Listing Date, Delisting Date
- If the property changes price, or gets delisted. I would like to record these changes so it can be tracked over time. So if the property is on the website for say, 30 days, and how the price has changed over that time.
- If the property is eventually delisted, I would require the script to record the day it was listed, and subsequently delisted
3. Front end management
- List of the properties in the database with details
- List which are currently on the website
- List which are delisted
- Property profile: Address, price and price changes, date listed (and delisted if applicable)
- Ability to edit and delete entries
- General statistics: No. properties in the dbase, no. currently listed, new properties added, properties "updated"
