Convert a PHP form to a JSP Form

Hi Guys,

I have a really simple project I need completing asap.

I have a landing page completed build it HTML & PHP. I have been told that the client doesn't have PHP on their server and uses Java (TomCat).

I need someone to do the simple job of converting the PHP form to JSP. I don't have server access but need to send them this in a zip asap.

"It’s an Ubuntu Linux machine and we use Java (tomcat).

JSP should really be the easiest soln.

Something like this:

[url removed, login to view]"

I could really do with a good developer I can use on an on going basis for development so would like to find someone reliable I can use on an on going basis.
