eCommerce Software

I want to sell ecommerce software. This project is to create an online store where I can sell eCpommerce software that works on multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux). The sale comes with single and multi User licences, so at the sale a License key must be generated, so that buyers will automatically get an activation keys. All the common features must be offered, including: -Design tab allows to change templates, colors, wording, logos and everything else that goes along with it - Shop owner must be able to set for Digital (downloadable) or physical products paypal or credit card othewise if he accepts bank wire, after beein paid. - On downloadable products, shop owner can set time and quantity of downloadlink to be aktive after payment - Merchant Account/Gateway Integration - Coupons, gift certificates - setup wizard. - Admin Dashboard presents at-a-glance information to gauge business performance -Orders, reports, inventory, marketing, customer accounts, automated billing and settings. -Product numbers, images, vendors can be visible or invisible to public - shipping and tax rates settings, security settings like SSL/Backups and Restores/Fraud Protection/Cookies -integrate the major payment options, paypal, creditcards, COD, pay after billing amd more... PDF Invoice and order confermation -multi language and multi currencies - SEO friendly -unlimted Categories and subcategories..... - possibilities to set individual rebates for specific groups - Affiliate system - youtube window can be implemented - Banners can be integrated -email warning notification when low on stock and when sale is made - Email newsletter sending to registered users or affiliates. -Amazon and ebay api This software must be custom coded /NOT open source I am looking for someone with very good modern design sense and strong php coding skills who can make the site do what I need. I need at least 5 different predefined templates After completion of projects I will own all rights on this software and it may not be resold you have to sign an exclusive agreement!!
