Graphic Designers and Developers

I am looking for high skilled Graphic Designer and Web Developers. Its not necessary that you should know both at the same time. We get various projects frequently and because of the work load I want to hire skilled workers who can complete the different projects in anticipated time and at reasonable price. Graphic Designer: MUST know Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator on their finger tips and can design Web and Print graphics both with modern techniques and view. We might need you for all sort of designing work from a simple logo to complex website designs, Banners, Poster or Info-graphics etc. Developer: Should know CSS and HTML coding mandatory, without using any editors. Must have knowledge of Java, jQuery, Plugins etc. You must be able to build simple static website to e-Commerce websites. If you know the Open Source systems like Wordpress, Joomla, e-commerce Cart systems like ZenCard and all, that would be a plus. These are the Basic requirements we need to confirm and if you are capable of more then you are the right person for a long run. In-fact I am looking for a long term working relationships with selected freelancer and I will be directly coordinating with them for project(s) on regular basis through messaes, emails or skype. Potential freelancers will get more projects. Payments will be made ONLY through Freelancer.com, either through Milestone or direct payments depending on the project and mutual understanding.
