Magento Expert Required - More work to follow

Dear Freelancer I am looking for a Magento expert for a longterm project. The chosen freelancer MUST be able to work to strict deadlines, be available most days to talk online via MSN or other online chat and have previous work to show. These are the changes I require to my site which is around 40% complete. Most changes are very simple but winning bidder will have sustained work with this longterm project. *New changes* Remove underline from products and make bold Change fonts (would be better to do this when on msn so if possible you could show me a variety) add upto 3 images to left column (provided by me) move log in / add to cart buttons to header / remove email address section + make fonts the same as navigation change logo (includes Slogan) add worldwide delivery image to header (provided by me) change favicon (provided by me) images for login, cart, faqs section add navigation to left side make background appear on every page Unbold navigation bar text remove navigation from right hand side of product pages? change 'more views' on product page text to an image? change 'availability, in stock / out of stock' on product page to an image? larger image on product page? increase image quality / lower compression?
