Million Dollar Homepage Clone

We are looking to create a Japanese clone of: [login to view URL] You need not be able to understand Japanese (we can create the Japanese images and write all the Japanese copy), but you will need to be able to provide the files to us in a format that we can easily edit using Dreamweaver (or if there's another way to replace all the English with Japanese text and you can help us, that's fine too). NOTE: all of the forms, automatic emails and other elements MUST WORK PERFECTLY IN JAPANESE! To summarise what we need in terms of content: * Homepage - a one million pixel grid, split into 10 x 10 pixel blocks, with a simple menu up top * Buy Pixels page - an easy to use system where people can select blocks from the grid, send us the images they want us to put there + fill in a form giving us their name, their site's URL and title and their email address. - Once they fill out their form they should be able to see what the end result will look like and how much their purchase comes to. They should then click either "Confirm" or "Edit" to either finalize the transation or correct any mistakes. - An email should then be automatically sent to them - this email will contain instructions for payment. - Until such time as they pay us (this will be via bank transfer), their chosen block will need to be blacked out and marked "reserved" on the homepage. - Once we receive their payment we need to be able to easily do something to add their image to the Homepage in place of the 'Reserved' sign. - If we don't receive payment, we will do nothing, and the Reserved sign should automatically disappear after, for example, one week. * FAQ page - simple html, but easy for us to add to at any time without your assistance. * Blog page - we need to be able to be easily post info about ourselves and our progress as we go along (in Japanese of course). Doesn't need to be too fancy, just something that's easy for us to keep adding to. * Pixel list - to be automatically generated. * Tell a friend - a simple form where people can send emails to their friends to tell them about our site * Contact us - simple html We don't need the Press or Testimonials page online yet, but they should be ready to go and easy for us to add when we need them. We will give you our hosting account login details, so if any of the applications that come with our hosting package are useful, please use them! The project will be considered completed when we have a working JAPANESE version of the site uploaded onto our server. We will expect you to assist us with whatever it takes to get us to this stage. We need this project finished as soon as humanly possible, so in your bid please make sure you tell us when you expect to be able to have it finished.
