Minecraft Server Website

I currently am the owner of a popular minecraft server website [url removed, login to view]

What i am looking for is a website builder who can make a more centralized community on my website.

My new website will need to have a main page featuring recent post's by the administrators of the websites.

We will also need Banner at the top of the website similar to [url removed, login to view] which had a picture of each of the servers and their names and on mouse hover it will show a larger picture and a more in depth description.

Pages for each of the servers ( Mainly text and pictures/Video embedding )

an embedded stream page for our stream Twitch.tv./MinecraftMultiplayer

a page mainly for YouTube videos of the servers
