Random website | Facebook viral | Vidéos | easy to use | PHP

Hello, Since i do not touch anymore coding , i need someone to build me a little website. Same principle : [login to view URL] *On the main page i need to see the latest videos and some ad's ( adsense + banner ) *If someone click on the page the website need to open 2 pop up. *if someone click on a video : [login to view URL] , i need to open 2 more ad's. *I need attractive space to put some ad's. *To launch the video the user have to share the link , if he shares it , the video must appear good on facebook ( with links + description of the videos + videos ) *i need a like button + share twitter button + google buzz and a stumbleupon button near the vidéo. *We can see the latests video in the right *The comments on the video must be via social facebook module. *I need a US/UK + FR version of the site *Possibility to upload a video easily. *On the uk/us page i need uk/us ad's , same for the FR page ( i already have the ad's , i need to put it easily on the website , i need space possibility to add dynamic banner ( banner who dissapear after 3-4 sec in the right left , bottom etc ) *Admin panel where i can manage keywords, tags , meta description + meta title ) *a nice UNIQUE design *a space where i can put my twitter account to make people follows me. *on the main page + videos page , i need a bar in the top with ( Home | privacy policy | about us | HOT PRODUCTS| *i don't want the fb logo near the http://... *Already have domain + hosting. *Possibility to manage the website easily ( if i need to change something ) These informations are the basic, if you want to take this project , please pm me , i will give you more infos.
