490656 Revised Template for a classified ads script

I bought a PHP classified ads script. I want to change the layout, colors, look, graphics, the way the ads display, etc. The script is template based. The developer states in the Features that the template can be changed with one click. So I need a programmer/designer, or group, with a lot of experience modifying templates like this. I'm retired without a pension so I'm looking someone that's very affordable. I need someone who does this for a living, not as a hobby or part time after their regular job. Someone VERY responsive, replying to emails in a very timely manner; and especially who does what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it; someone that I can rely on and trust. I want a real programmer/designer who creates their own work, not someone who modifies work created by others. I've been buying programming and design work, and hiring and firing programmers and designers for over 40 years, so can tell the difference. You MUST be able to read and clearly understand instructions, descriptions, feedback, etc. that I provide; and work accordingly to accomplish what I'm looking for, not what you want.
