RSS News Aggregation Website Using Wordpress or Similar

I would like to build a news aggregator Website similar to [url removed, login to view] that will aggregate news from numerous sites that contain content on specific categories that will be of interest to select group / demographic in America (English only). (details will be provided to selected freelancer)

Site should have the functionality of a news aggregator like [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] but this will have different topics.

The website will display 100 topics, and pull from thousands of websites and rss feeds. All of that content must then be filtered into the correct categories. This allows the user to select a category and have all the links to that specific topic from thousands of sites instantly in front of him.

**** [url removed, login to view] has software for this for $75. Their software will pull news articles in from RSS feeds and websites that you specify in the admin panel. You can then separate the news into different categories through the use of keyword categorization features. We can use something else if you know of better software or free options.

WEBSITE DETAILS:

• Website should be based on wordpress or something similar

• The site should automatically aggregate all available news for each topic

• Website must be able to automatically pick the best and latest news MASSIVE homepage which is constantly updated

• You will be given a list of 100 specific topics for which you must find the sites that should be aggregated by RSS feed or scraped. (the topics are all very similar and will pull from a very similar set of sites and RSS feeds) I can help with finding the websites.

• In addition, the back-end admin page should make it simple for adding additional sites to the page as new RSS feeds

• I would also like the back-end functionality to allow me to add my own content to specific sections of the homepage, as well as the other "about", "FAQ", "Contact us" etc pages which have static content…

• All the content for ALL categories will be displayed (most recent on top) on the home page, and accessing specific categories will be by subscription only. Clicking a specific category will filter out all news except the relevant news for the chosen category

• I need a subscription system with a monthly auto-renewing subscription and one month free trial as well as an email capture system. Because accessing the Categories will require subscription.

• Subscription system should use paypal and accept credit card payments

• Each article will have a Facebook "share" button to allow users to share the website with friends

• Website should have been heavily SEOed (search engine optimized), xml site map.

• Feedback location to report any issues with the site available to users.

• This website must be zero maintenance ( must be able to automatically update itself) There must also be a automatic posts pruning (after a certain time period that you set) so that the site doesn’t exceed the disk quota.

I want a very clean and simple design. I am a graphic designer and will provide domain name, hosting, logo and page layout design in private - once contract is awarded. You will have to give me dimensions for the graphics and pages.

You must meet deadlines and stay on budget. We're open to building a long term relationship with our chosen partner with other projects / Websites we have in the pipeline. Including the possible development of mobile applications for this Website.

We will pay when the project is finalized to our requests.

Price, completion time, and experience will be deciding factor for Bidders on this project.
