Edit a theme for oxyclassified ads script. The theme to be edited is included in the oxyclassifieds script.
- You need to add an "always-on-top" nav bar, a twitter inspired theme.
- You only need to add the navbar and a footer.
- Color scheme shall be similar to twitter and this site. - [login to view URL]
- Use pictogram styled icons for user control panels and menus.

- Categories and Regions shall be displayed in footer style, hovering your mouse to a category shall have a dropdown for sub-category, and sub-region or city - [login to view URL]
- Create a footer block that shall have a back-end settings, where an admin can modify or add contents in the footer. the footer shall be divided into 4 rows, any overflow shall be scrollable with accordion style. -

- Create an openx ad block.
- The script can create new pages from the admin panel, create a new page and make it as a landing page or splash page.
