Looking for an experienced web designer to create a new, fresh, modern design for our freelance portal. Important: You will need to use the existing css structures to ensure that we do not need to change the entire coding throughout the script. We only want to replace the css files to change the design. If there are some smaller changes to be performed than it is okay. Needs to be cross browser verified, ease of use for the end user is also very important. We have various css files running with the current website which we will hand out to the winning bidder. First of all you will create a new mockup. Once we have accepted the new layout you will convert it to css. To complete the work you will have to send us the css files and the PSD files.
