Website Improvements and extras to be added to existing site.

Hello Web Gurus,

I need some improvements to a existing website line [url removed, login to view] search in google uk linerentals.

1)

I require a new page to be created to open up best selling mobile phone deals page, page should allow me to update mobile phone deals easily without needing to contact a webmaster. I want something similar to this link here [url removed, login to view] picture also added to explain how it should look. But my website theme to be also kept

So basically we will have a iPhone 5 picture and title displayed but will connect to the correct phone deal on website. But i want this made in a CMS way to be very easy to upload and manage without the headache.

2)

Tab buttons to be changed and made slightly smaller and elegant and and extra tab for the new page that will be created.

3)

Social links to be added to website home page and other pages.

4)

Cookie Plug in added for european legislation.

Site should check back webmaster error free not to leave unnecessary errors on website as this will prompt me to leave a Negative feedback had too much problems from freelancers who juggle many jobs at once so i require a patient freelancer, i have gone through a lot of effort to post this job so please read this before you bid and if you have further questions i am happy to answer. There is a lot of info here but its only a small task.
