Attendance Manager

I'm looking for an application that will monitor meeting member attendance, report on who has missed meetings x number of times, and manage status such as active member, inactive member, non-member, visitor, etc.

Ideally, the program should run as a stand-alone app, no installer required. I would also like a .NET look and feel to the app.

There is a program outthere called Envision 1.5. It's pretty much exactly what I neeed, but it's too expensive. Also, it's geared specifically toward religious attendance. I would like to make the implementation a little more broad to include any kind of meeting/membership attendance.

## Deliverables

Project will be considered complete after initial proposed solution has been agreed on, and a buyer tested solution has been confirmed.
