Complete website for service oriented company

Our company needs a website developed in PHP that will accomplish the following: Frontend - make pages consistent by having the same header, side bar, and footer. Each page and side bar should be editable through a backend with main pages and sub-pages for each project (this section should have a photo gallery. This section will also need several forms - one to request an estimate, one to give the customer a rough idea of the project cost (i.e. a square footage calculator with a backend so we can input/change price on different services.) Backend - it is imperative that this is as secure as possible! This should contain the menu to modify the main pages. It should also contain an estimating module that we can use to bid jobs. This information will be stored in the database. The admin panel (backend) should have a menu of the following areas which will need to be coded too: Jobs (list of jobs with indicators of bidding/won/lost and edit button) Estimates (this is the estimate model that was described above) Billing (a module where info is entered for jobs won that will fill in standard construction forms - there are three forms that are industry standard - more details if necessary) Calendar (a built in calend that the user can add info to plus info from the database about bid dates, billing dates, due dates) Address Book (an online address book where we can organize our contact info) Edit Web (link to page where the frontend can be edited. This page should have a built in HTML editor like HTML 3.0 with spell checker.) The site must be seemless and uniform with user access control and user logging to the backend. Please see the addtional note under platform. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux, php, mysql If the admin feature is easier to build in a windows environment program, that could be acceptable and even preferable. Must have upload component for web features (just the frontend). Please give two bids - one for all PHP and one for PHP frontend and Windows stand-alone backend.
