Discrepancy list from lists of numbers

I'm in the need of a simple program that shows me discrepancies on two lists. Here's what I do manually. I have a small moving inventory of packaged boxes. New boxes are added every day, and removed every day. They are bar coded with incremental numbers. I open excell and scan all the boxes I have at sight and save that list of numbers. Next day, I re-scan everything , and try to find which boxes are gone. I need a small program that will load the two excell files, and tells me .. which numbers are missing from the latest scan list. and lets me copy paste that list back to excell. If it is easier for you, to skip the reading from excell files, Maybe I can scan directly into your app. I just want to ble able to save the "inventories" for future ref. Some times, a box will get scanned twice, or missed on the first day. (this is shown on the attached file) See attached file page 2 for ref.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Windows XP . if it could run from my usb ram drive it would be nice but not required. This is a personal payed proyect on a shoe string budget.
