IVRS System

I want to develope simple ivrs system for my agency for Booking and Complaint management. Required sound files are already recorded. Development language must be Visual Basic .Net. Note : You need to give us source code and executable files. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Like D-Link, Ace etc. C) The project must be stable in multi-user environment. (Use ODBC database connectivity) D) Do not use any third parties resources (Active-x controls, components) E) If want, you can use windows TAPI control or other in built components. 3) Concept : A) Telephone user calls for the service. This call is forwarded to the computer which is connected to the Phone line. B) A wave file is played by the computer to welcome the user and ask for the registration number. C) User then dials the registration number. D) IVRS system must check for the correct registration number. E) After ensuring about the correct registration number, necessary wave files must be played by the system. And then the call must be terminated by either the user or the IVRS system. F) Also the system must come up with the Auto Dialer that allows the operator of the system to select and dial the phone numbers from the list of numbers. Each number is dialed separately one after another. G) During each call, the necessary/provided wave files must be played by the system and then the call must be terminated automatically. ## Platform Windows xp and above
