modification of invoice program

The program was originally designed to run off of a CD. It is now being used to run off of a USB flash drive. I require the following changes/additions to the attached program: 1. The ability create a PDF(JPG if PDF is too difficult) of the invoice. The PDF should be placed on the desktop. This should be in addition to the current print button. 2. Store all data in comma separated values text file. The data should be formatted that it can be imported into Windows Address Book. 3. Add two lines for data entry to the existing 4 4. Correct the issue with "Address" being cut off 5. Correct the issue with some computers looking for [login to view URL] or other libraries. 6. Improve the printed quality of the invoice. The text doesn't scale nicely and looks very jagged. 7. The [login to view URL] font is not the same as those above it, correct this. 8. The invoice number is currently ddmmyy followed by hour, add a "0" between them, so it would be 020305019 instead of 02030519. 9. The invoice number should be able to be "Estimate". Currently text input is not allowed, only numbers. 10. "6% Sales" should be "Sales Tax" ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win32
