## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Updated July 9: Initial release should do the following: Be a standalone application. ie, not require M$ Access to function. Freeware or lowcost alternatives acceptable. Download appropriate databases required for order processing. Orders downloaded will be 3 stages. Current orders, processesed orders, archived orders. Current orders are ones that have been downloaded in real time (or other time set by user, ie every 15 minutes). Current orders should be able to be filtered by the store owner per their preferences. For example, credit card orders with bill/ship address matching and AVS code matching go in one section, credit card orders with different shipping address to another in another section, orders via money order in another, check payments in another etc. Processed/To be Processed orders are are orders ready to be packed and verified. Processed orders have the same filtering as current orders or other filters per store owner preference. Here the orders are printed. Invoice and/or packing slips are printed. A template should be provided using tokens that is user changeable using standard html. Archived orders are orders that have been packed and/or shipped. They can be organized by date, date shipped, etc per user settings. Example of order process: Program downloads current orders. Program filters orders where the billing and shipping address match as well as credit card giving Y AVS code. Order is automatically moved to processing section of software where an invoice and/or packing slip and/or shipping label is printed. Packer simply picks up the printouts, packs the order and confirms order has been packed with the software. Email is sent to customer indicating package has shipped. Future features will include inventory, accounting, product management, statistics, etc
