I need a reliable vendor who can help us do the following :
(Project is to be completed by 1st week of January or advise on what can be delivered by 1st week and when the rest of the components can be delivered)
1. Detail the steps required to configure a Windows Media Services (WMS) Server & Proxy (running Windows 2003 Server Enterprise).
2. Develop a simple web application that allows admin users (hardcoded) to upload media files (wmv) and add users access rights to the video files. These users will be users with userid who can login to the application, but they will not be real windows accounts. It will be hosted in a user table. Also each file will be tagged for "internal use" or "access via internet".
3. Develop a authentication and authorisation plug in for WMS to ensure that users accessing the video file are authenticated. Users who will login to the web aplication can then click on the video and if they are authenticated (logged in) and authroised (they were given access rights to the video) they will be able to play the video. This video will be played via rtsp. (Firewall connections etc will be opened)
4. Modify the authroisation plugin to be able to control the access of the video files by ip address. If ipaddress is in internalrange (will be provided) then allow "internal use" and "access via internet" files to be accessed. If user comes in from internet, even if he has access to a "internal use" video, he will not be able toplay the video.
5. Create a webpage in asp or aspx which will authenticate, authorise and play the video using the windows media player plug-in.
6. Explore the possibilities of playing the video over https (if access is via internet) as tsp protocol will be blocked and http is not advisable.
7. All codes must be submitted.
## Deliverables
