Intranet Wordpress - Part 1

We have a public website built in Wordpress, and need a intranet. The company owns 85 stores, each store have need access to the intranet front-end website.  Part 1 of the intranet is: 1. Advice and installation on server 2. Build the front-end in Wordpress/CSS/HTML 3. A plugin with a table of all the info about the 85 stores 4. Security of the intranet. We need advice where to install the intranet CMS, is it best to put it togheter in the existing Wordpress public website, or is it best to have a single installation in a other location an different database?. The intranet is going to be on the same domain as '[login to view URL]'. We also hope that you are not afraid to give us advice on things we could solve in a different way than the spesifications we give you. Front-end and functionality: Please study the attached PDF. All the graphics will be delivered to you in a PSD in [login to view URL] grid, 16 columns on project start. DB Table of stores: The management of the stores need access to a table with all the info about the stores in the admin of the intranet.  We like the WP-Table Reloaded plugin ([login to view URL] ), but need to customize the functionality; Admin can pick wich columns is visible in the frontend intranet, and some of the info is connected to the public webpage. The functionality is expanding In part 2 of the intranet developing, we need to let the owners of the stores to edit information of chosen store in the table (Not access to the all the table). Security: The company want to have one global password, in addition to the standard user login. The management of the company can change the global password whenever they want, and the contact persons at the stores get automatic a e-mail when it changes. The bugdet is for part 1 of the project. Part 2 and 3 will be posted with as a new projects with new budgets. The spesification for part 2 and 3 is not ready, but if the winner of the project is doing a good job in part 1, I will of course invite for continue working on the project. This information is just for you to know what's coming in part 2 and 3: Part 2 of the intranet/web update is: Each store need access to admin panel for his/her store. In the adminpanel for the store, they can change some of the public information for the store: - Description - Opening hours - adresses, -upload a picture of the store publish short news (max 250 characteres) Some of this information is also connected to the table of stores in part 1. Possibility to change the intranet password for his/her store. Part 3: Simple webshop plugin. The management of the company need a simple plugin for a webshop in admin panel of the intranet. The employees can order product via a form on the intranet, sent to e-mail. No online payment.
