jQuery Quicksand Prefiltered URLs in Wordpress Site

Objective: Links to prefiltered portfolio categories on this wordpress site: [login to view URL]

Description: This site uses the theme, which uses Quicksand js for the transition effects when filtering between portfolio categories. I've seen a number of stackoverflow threads outlining potential solutions, but I'm js challenged and don't have the time to roll my sleeves up.

Requirements:

- Retain existing functionality of the website

- Unique link for each wordpress portfolio category. This will be used to create a different homepage for the website with links to the prefiltered categories.

- 24-hour turnaround (from time of project acceptance)
