PHP and database site development

We have an existing project that has been developed in php with sql data base and a wordpress front end. This project needs an experienced developer that can work with the existing code in order to finalize the rest of the project that the currently developer has been removed from completing for complications and lack of response or ability to create to spec. I am looking for professional qualified developers that are able to work quickly and efficently to complete this project as we are already 3 months behind schedule. The product is a web based content management tools with integrated marketing tools. Currently we have completed the initial email marketing piece, face book and twitter publish and the start of how we store product images to be utilized in the marketing templates. We now need to finalize the rest of the tools included shopping cart option, pdf creator for the templates, web publish and search for individual products by zip code, pdf published online for catalog creator, and several other shared applications. We need a complete redesign of the site, and there are many plugs ins or modules that we need included such as multi user interactive calendar, classifieds, polls, discussions, news feeds and article management. This product has several on going development into mobile and new modules to be included in subsequent phases of development. It is my goal that I can find a developer that can not only quickly fix and complete this phase of the project as well as on going support and maintenance on a contracted basis.
