Property site additions and upgrade in wordpress

We have an existing property website for listing properties in the UK. We need someone who id competent in wordpress to do the following for the site:
1) change the backgound colour
2) put www. at the beginning of the site
3) add the twitter link and connect it to our twitter for the site and facebook
4) get our blog to work properly
5) put our google tracking code
6) add adspace on various pages and put different google adsense codes
7) get the property cron feed working again
8) add terms and condtions, privacy policy onto the site and the limited company name
9) move the existing sitemap to the bottom
10) Get the featured property slide working again in front and at the back end
Make the site more attractive to users
You must be able to do this without disruting the site. You must be creative and competent in wordpress.
