Tracking Google Analytics conversion event help needed

We need someone to help us to:

1 Tracking conversion event: So the Conversions (many-per-click) in Google Analytics shows numbers.

2. The confirmation message will still show after someone send a Contact Form.

3. Unnecessary plugins removed.

Here is background:

We posted the same project before and got a freelancer who did not know how to do event tracking in our Contact Form7 click-submission event on Wordpress who neverthless made the bid as US expert. The expert installed a bunch of unnecessary plugins in our Wordpress website admin panel then told us it is impossible to track an event. Later on after online research he admitted that he is "deadly wrong" and installed the tracking for us.

We paid him as soon as the Conversions (many-per-click) in Google Analytics shows numbers. Later on, we found that that the tracking actually made the Confirmation message disappear so when send contact form, there is no success confirmation message. We asked him to fix and got turned down. Too bad we paid already and case closed.

It is a fairly small job. Unfortunately after we paid someone, we need to hire someone again to redo the job and to remove all the plugins the first guy did.
