Client needs a single form, to reside in the admin areas of a WordPress Multisite network of sites.
The form (~25 fields) would collect data and, once submitted, would fill out and submit 3-5 specific forms, which are located on other websites.
The form should include a photograph to transfer to the other sites as well, if possible.
The client is working on getting the specific websites to agree to this process.
The forms need to be clean and clear in design.
The purpose is to create a single site to publicize pets that are up for adoption at animal shelters.
The point is to save time by filling out one single form, at one online location (rather than having to go to each site, one after another, and fill out each form one by one, with the same information).
