Wordpress theme for themeforest

I need a good developer to develop my PSD files and convert it into a Wordpress Theme that will have themeforest standards. I need you to follow the below requirments: AirTheme Development Requirments 1. 100% Fully Responsive 2. Retina Ready 3. Admin panel for theme 4. SEO Ready 5. Fast loading(clean code) 6. Boxed & Wide Layout 7. Custom Widgets 8. Unlimited Colors to change from 9. Translated in 5 languages(English, Spanish, Italiano, Deutsch and Romanian) 10. Working on the majority of web browsers. AirTheme Deal Requirments 1. Create the theme fully functional with no errors/bug/unfuntional items. Final product must be exact the .rar/.zip archive that will let me upload in wordpress and then already run the theme. 2. While you transphorm the PSD files into HTML/CSS, I will need also the HTML/CSS files. 3. Create a PDF file for documentation(how to install it, how to run it, how to activate every option available, how to use features built in, etc) with printscreens or images for every step. 4. The availability to give support for future needed from my buyers. For example, I will need to fix a bug or to improve something on the code, so I will need you to help me(off course, project based and paid accordingly). The same thing if I will need v2.0 etc… 5. Dummy content and settings in a XML file that will be imported and populate the root with the files and content as dummy. The payment will be milestoned for all the process and at the final, will be released AFTER i check the files and see that are ok.
