aedating script rewrite

need a total rewrite of the aedating script. such that

1] Get rids of all php errors even when error setting is set to E_ALL.

2] Improved performance of script.

3] Incooperation of additional features like encryption of admininstrator and moderator passwords [script avialiable], IP banning and logging, drop down list for country/state/city.

4] Testing with mysql server to make sure script is optimized and reduce server load is reduced.

5] make it compatible with mysql5
