I am looking to have someone build me a website modelled after:

The only additional feature is I would like the ability for escorts to post their pictures, similiar to dating sites or [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] as a paid feature. Otherwise they should be able to get a free listing as in [url removed, login to view]
It can use existing php modules, whatever as long as it is integrated. For example, I have already installed a php forum so would only need it to link in to that.
The winning bidder will get the site address, complete details and suggested layout etc. Please do not bid if you have not visited [url removed, login to view] to get an idea as to the features. This will be in a different city.
