76382 Flash Chat Room

Hi, I would like a basic flash chat room to put on my site. I'm not looking for anything visually incredible - just a bare bones chat done in flash. The chat room must try and not use a huge amount of bandwidth but I realise this may be hard to accomplish. Using a mix of PHP and MySQL would be quite wasteful I think, maybe you guys know a better way of doing it? XML sockets? The Chat requires, 1. List of users in the room. 2. To remove users from the list once they leave the room. 3. To be relatively fast when typing in messages. 4. Allow the user to type in a username. 5. I must be able to customise the look of the chat after recieving the basic version. 6. .fla, .php, or any other files must have good internal comments. 7. Detailed instructions on how to install the chat, especially if using things like XML sockets. 8. Use a reasonable amount of bandwidth. I'll pay extra for things like private messaging and seperate chat rooms and overall quality of work. I realise i'm kinda askin for the holy grail of flash movies but i've seen very fast chat rooms on sites before and I heard they were done using XML sockets. If you think PHP and MySQL is they way to go create a chat and let me see! Payment will be sent after I have seen a working Demo SWF.
